How long does it take before my order ships?

The production time for a single book is approximately 6 to 7 weeks. Larger orders—such as multiple books or series—may require 7 to 8 weeks.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

During peak periods, production times may be slightly longer. If you have a deadline in mind, feel free to message me and I’ll see what I can do.

 

How do preorders work?

Preorders are used for my most popular designs so I can batch-make them in a way that keeps the quality and craftsmanship of each piece as high as possible. As every rebind is made by hand, this approach allows me to give each book the time and care it deserves while still managing demand.

When you place a preorder, your book joins a production queue. If your order is listed as a preorder for a specific month, that means I will begin working on it during that month. Most orders are then completed and dispatched either towards the end of that month or within the two weeks after that preorder month (for example, if you place an April preorder, your order may arrive in April or within the first two weeks of May).

If you have a specific deadline (for example, a gift or event), please feel free to email me before or after placing your order. I do offer an expedited service where possible for an additional cost, depending on my current workload.

Do you ship worldwide?

I do! Shipping is calculated based on your location.

If your location doesn’t appear in the shipping menu, just contact me via the website and I’ll sort it out.

For clarity, I do not ship to the occupied Palestinian territories ('Israel') 🍉

 

How long does shipping take?

Once your order has been produced, UK deliveries usually arrive within 2–4 business days, while international shipments typically reach their destination in 7–12 days.

What is your return policy?

Each piece is made to order, so I’m unable to accept returns unless the item arrives damaged. If this happens, please do email me and let me know within 72 hours.

Will I need to pay tariffs if I’m in the US?

No. Printed books are currently excluded from US tariff changes.

Will I be charged tariffs or duties outside the US?

Customs policies vary worldwide. While many countries do not charge duties on printed books, others may apply VAT, GST, or handling fees. Any charges issued by your country’s customs office are the buyer’s responsibility.
