Processing Times

All rebinds from TheBinderWhoLived are made to order.

  • Standard processing time varies depending on workload, but will be indicated on each product listing.
  • Custom or highly detailed commissions may require additional time.
  • Processing time does not include shipping time.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me before purchasing and I’ll confirm whether it’s possible.

 

 

Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

We offer:

  • UK shipping via Royal Mail
  • International shipping via Royal Mail / UPS / FedEx / etc.

 

 

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method.

Please note:

  • Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only.
  • Delays may occur due to customs processing, holiday periods, weather, strikes, or courier issues.
  • Once dispatched, transit times are outside of my control.

 

 

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International orders may incur customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.

  • These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
  • Buyers are responsible for any charges imposed by their country’s customs regulations.
  • I cannot mark shipments as “gift” to avoid customs fees.

 

 

Tracking Information

The tracking number will be emailed to you automatically once your order has shipped.

 

 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

  • If your parcel is delayed, please allow additional time. Most delays resolve within a few days.
  • If a tracked parcel appears lost, contact me so I can help investigate.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please reach out within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so I can assist.

Please note:

We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Always double-check your shipping information at checkout.

 

 

Multiple Orders

If you place multiple orders going to the same address, I may combine them into one shipment where possible. Any excess shipping charge will be refunded.
