All rebinds offered by TheBinderWhoLived are made to order, crafted individually for each customer. Because every piece is custom-created, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please make sure to review product details, custom options, and any personalisation choices carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions prior to ordering, I’m always happy to clarify.

However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with the craftsmanship, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos so I can assess and make it right.
