These copies of Heated Rivalry and The Long Game by Rachel Reid have been recased in hardcover covered in white premium suede covering, chosen to evoke the surface of an ice rink. The finish is soft, smooth, and luxurious to the touch.
The cover features gold metallic heat-transfer vinyl for the title and author details, offering a subtle, luminous contrast against the cover design.
The artwork is inspired by the work of Werner Bronkhorst, featuring miniature ice hockey players scattered across an ice hockey rink texture. The illustration is by @rrrlette, capturing movement and energy in these tiny players, frozen mid-play.
Inside, the endpaper colours tie in to the rink markings with marbled paper by Jemma Lewis. Metallic gold headbands are used to match the title and there is the option to add ribbon bookmarks (either in red, blue or gold).
